Description:
IGrow Wealth Investments, South Africa’s #1 Property Investment Company, is looking for a Junior FICA Compliance Officer to join their team in Cape Town.
TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION, YOU NEED:
- Matric
- Knowledge of FICA
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and reporting of any suspicious transactions to the FIC promptly and efficiently. Ensure the company’s reporting procedures are effective and compliant with FICA requirements
- Registering with FICA
- Submitting regulatory reports to the FICA
- Implementing a risk-based approach
- Developing a risk management and compliance program
- Establishing beneficial ownership
- Conducting customer due diligence
- Keeping registers of all transactions
- Meticulous checking of FICA documents received and ensuring it complies with industry standards
- Ensuring the company complies with it outside regulatory and legal requirements
- Communicate with senior management and staff members about FICA’s requirements and the company compliance program
