Aufgaben

To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and lead generation through various regional and local initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and Implementation of Events: Conception, organization, and execution of regional and local events, trade fairs, workshops, and seminars to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Training Sessions and Webinars: Planning and conducting training sessions and webinars for our sales partners to enhance their knowledge and eHectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the channel/sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Developing and implementing target group-specific marketing campaigns across various online media.
  • Partnerships and Cooperations: Building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders to promote joint marketing activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Preparing reports and analyses on the eHectiveness of implemented measures and measuring the ROI of our marketing activities and those of our partners.

Qualifikation

Experience: At least 2-3 years of professional experience in field marketing, event management, or a similar position, ideally with professional experience in SaaS or the tech industry.

  • Education: Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Understanding: Experience working with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software solutions.
  • Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel regularly within the region to conduct and support marketing activities.
  • Languages: Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
