Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The Junior Business Partner will be responsible for a management accounting function which may include planning, budgets and forecasts, interpreting financial results, monitoring cash flow, capital expenditure programmes, management reporting systems development, special investigations/reports, operating efficiency studies, feasibility studies and investment portfolios.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation and analysis of statutory financial statements and reports, including month end reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including journal entries, ledgers and reconciliations.
  • General Ledger management and ensuring integrity of all accounts during month-end close.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with audits, tax filings and other financial compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Participate in financial planning, forecasting and budgeting activities.
  • Provide support and guidance to departments on financial matters.
  • Prepare and file various financial reports and disclosures as required.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, policies and regulations.
  • Other ad hoc related matters
