We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for reporting and tracking key performance indicators that will provide insight and help us make better business decisions.
The Junior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of financial and operational data. The candidate will develop and track KPIs that are critical to the understanding of our business and that enable effective decision-making. In addition, the Financial Analyst will be a key contributor in maintaining and improving Landr’s financial model and forecast. This person will work within the finance team, with a significant portion of their work focused on data analysis

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :

  • Baccalauréat en finance, mathématiques et/ou statistiques
  • 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en analyse financière en ventes, en opérations ou en finance
  • Capacité de performer des analyses complexes en lien avec les prévisions financières
  • Expérience de travail avec plusieurs devises étrangères
  • Capacités analytiques fortes et avancées avec un goût pour l’analyse de données
  • Très fortes habiletés interpersonnelles, en communication et en présentation. Habileté à créer de fortes relations professionnelles transversales.
  • Connaissance approfondie d’Excel et de la suite Google Expérience avec des plateformes de collecte et suivi de KPIs telles que Stripe, Baremetrics, Profitwell, Amplitude est un atout.
  • Connaissance du langage SQL est un atout
  • Doit maîtriser l’anglais (à l’oral et l’écrit); le français est un atout
  • Autonomie et habileté à prendre en charge la planification et l’exécution de projets

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the monthly, quarterly and annual process, as well as the consolidation process, by preparing various reports and analysis
  • Maintain, update and improve the company’s financial model as well as present explanations of variances between the current, the budgeted and the revised monthly forecasts
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for various stakeholders
  • Produce, update and analyze dashboards, performance indicators and financial ratios and communicate the conclusions drawn from indicators to measure the effectiveness of the activities carried out by the various internal teams
  • Develop and produce analyses to measure sales and marketing performance, marginal contributions, operating expenses and asset optimization
  • Develop and produce analyses to measure the performance of different products, services or projects (i.e. business case, ROI, IRR, VAN, CPA, Churn, Conversion)
  • Perform strategic analyses (Data Mining), develop and maintain statistical financial models of decision support
  • Analysis of industry and market reports to extract important data to support internal analyses and financial projections
  • Prepare any other report or analysis as required by the CFO, CEO, Senior Financial Analyst or Financial Controller and participate in various strategic projects
  • Play a consulting role with internal customers via analysis, communication and understanding of external and internal data
  • In addition, the candidate will participate in the continuous improvement process of the finance and accounting department.
