  • Experience using ERP and Business Intelligence (BI) tools advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, calculate and support on all the commission and bonus calculations
  • Engaging with budget holding partners to collect requests and build budget recommendations for review in our quarterly forecasting processes
  • Work with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in producing a comprehensive financial plan for the business annual budget, rolling forecasts
  • Provide financial reporting and analytical support to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team
  • Work with the business to develop and track performance against the financial plan / forecast (financial modelling, setting up processes, creating timetables)
  • Be involved in performing financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and reporting to identify trends, benchmarking, and to increase financial performance
  • Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts
  • Assist in developing ERP system to aid true reporting
  • Maintaining adaptive schedules with regards to services reporting / contracts and headcount
  • Processing project works raw data
  • Assist in ad-hoc strategic projects
