Summary
The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Junior Full Stack Developer (Angular+Go) to work on a large-scale project for one of our German customers.
The customer is Germany’s national public television broadcaster. It is one of the largest and most renowned TV broadcasters in Europe. The company offers full-range generalist programming with a mix of information, education, arts, entertainment and sports. Its coverage provides both a broad view on the world and a comprehensive picture of Germany.
The project is a microsite designed for creating personalized greetings. Users can input their custom text for a greeting, which is then sent to the backend for video generation. Once the video is created, it is sent back to the frontend, allowing users to share the greeting via a link or email.

Responsibilities

  • Developing new features and enhancing existing ones.
  • Improving application performance and optimizing code for efficiency.
  • Identifying and fixing bugs to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback.

Requirements

  • Commercial Angular development experience for 1+ years.
  • Experience with Go.
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript.
  • Proficient in HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with ElasticSearch or OpenSearch.
  • Experience with RxJS and NgRx.
  • Experience with SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Redis.
  • Understanding of WebSocket technology.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

  • Experience with GitLab and Kubernetes.
