Job Title: Junior Fund Accountant
Location: Dublin
Contract: 5 Months FTC

Responsibilities:

  • Providing a high standard Fund Accounting service to FNZ Ireland’s clients
  • Valuing the funds in an accurate and timely manner and publication of Net Asset Values (NAVs)
  • Placing trades with international fund managers in accordance with the advice of the clients’ asset allocation advisers
  • Purchasing and selling foreign currencies in a manner approved by the client
  • Treasury management of cash holdings
  • Recording all fund transactions in an accurate and timely manner
  • Preparation of all operational team output for capture on our imaging system
  • Producing monthly accounts and other data for financial and statutory returns
  • Performing reconciliations to confirm accuracy of accounts information
  • Liaising with clients, fund managers and banks on a daily basis
  • Utilising the firm’s technology solutions to efficiently and effectively manage client enquiries
