Responsibilities:
THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT INCLUDE:
- Providing a high standard Fund Accounting service to FNZ Ireland’s clients
- Valuing the funds in an accurate and timely manner and publication of Net Asset Values (NAVs)
- Placing trades with international fund managers in accordance with the advice of the clients’ asset allocation advisers
- Purchasing and selling foreign currencies in a manner approved by the client.
- Treasury management of cash holdings
- Recording all fund transactions in an accurate and timely manner
- Preparation of all operational team output for capture on our imaging system
- Producing monthly accounts and other data for financial and statutory returns
- Performing reconciliations to confirm accuracy of accounts information.
- Liaising with clients, fund managers and banks daily
- Utilising the firm’s technology solutions to manage client enquiries efficiently and effectively.
