In this position, you need to prioritize what is important, have a hands-on and independent work mentality and be able to deal with stress. An helicopter view is required, you are proactive, know what you are capable of, possess good communication skills and not afraid of asking questions.

Other relevant qualifications for this profile:

  • A university Degree in Law (corporate/ company/ fiscal law) or Finance is preferable, but not mandatory;
  • A minimum of 1 year relevant work experience at a fund administrator or corporate service provider;
  • Entrepreneurial business focus and problem-solving attitude;
  • Fluent in English (both orally and in writing);
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a strong team player;
  • Must be able to work on multiple issues, change priorities and organize workload;
  • Is quality focused, business-minded with ability to deliver excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

As Junior Fund Administrator (JFA), you are part of an assigned client team and works closely with the managers and fund accounting managers in order to continuously exceed our client’s expectations. The JFA will be responsible for all corporate and transfer agency matters of our fast-growing portfolio of client entities. The JFA is expected to continuously develop both personally as well as professionally and deliver added value to the funds team within Trustmoore and contribute to the further growth of our office.

Key Results Areas(among others):

  • Providing assistance to clients in the administration of Luxembourg Fund structures and holding companies and liaise with clients and intermediaries on a daily basis;
  • Assisting with all aspects of company secretarial matters, including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, shareholder meetings and drafting legal documentation of a general civil and corporate law nature (such as board and shareholder’s resolutions, power of attorneys, loan agreements and contracts etc);
  • Taking minutes of board, client or shareholder meetings;
  • Assisting on client/investor on-boarding process and initiate bank account openings;
  • Ensure accurate investor records are maintained and process all investor changes / transfers thereon;
  • Assisting with the incorporation, maintenance, and/or dissolution of client companies;
  • Assisting with ongoing compliance reviews and procedures;
  • Process and co-ordinate routine and fund operations
  • Administrative handling of various legal and financial documents.
