Do you want to help us grow? To strengthen our team, we are looking for a new member to the team of legal representation of foreign collective investment schemes for our office in Zurich or Geneva as a:

JUNIOR FUND REGULATIONS SPECIALIST

This is your primary area of responsibility:

• Responsible for a dedicated portfolio of clients (relationship management)
• Review and submission of regulatory applications including updated fund documentation like prospectus, articles of association or fund contract, annual and semi-annual reports, and KIDs with the FINMA
• Assist in the registration of foreign funds in Switzerland
• Connect with clients to develop the value of Acolin and advise them on our different services
• Initiate individual contracts (i.e., representative and paying agency agreement) based on sample agreements
• Review of marketing material within the framework of legal and self-regulatory requirements
• General tasks such as internal reporting and invoice reviews

What are we looking for?

• Ideally 1 – 2 years of professional experience in the finance or legal sector (BSc / MSc in finance or legal-related fields will be considered).
• You have quick comprehension and organizational talent, and your ability to set priorities is vital for your demanding task.
• Your team can rely on your precise, reliable, and independent working method.
• You are a customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.
• Last but not least – You are stylistically confident in English (good knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a plus).
