Responsibilities:
Be proactive in attitude, and be solution-oriented
Have amazing attention to detail
Provide the highest level of customer service for all customers, internal and external.
Process student applications from initial enquiry to arrival (or relevant stages within this), ensuring turn-around times within agreed standards of time and accuracy.
Carry out student conversion from application through to arrival using the follow up reports, promptly and effectively.
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of student records, both for Stafford House internal purposes and for external compliance purposes.
Prepare accurate and timely documents, including but not limited to confirmation letters, pre-arrival information and visa documents.
Maintain positive and constructive relations with colleagues, particularly in the centres.
Maintain a good working knowledge of the Stafford House software processes and datab
