£15,417.28 (Full time equivalent is £25,695.46)
It’s an exciting time to join the team at ARU Students’ Union! Due to the expansion of the team, we’re recruiting a Junior Graphic Designer. In this role, you’ll play an essential role creating marketing materials for our onsite bars, cafes and shops across all campuses. You will collaborate with other members of our team on various design projects, working closely with our Graphic Designer.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Students’ Union commercial team to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts that align with the project’s objectives.
  • Create high-quality, eye-catching designs for traditional and digital marketing.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual elements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with teams throughout the Students’ Union to understand their needs, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback into final designs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the graphic design industry to continuously improve and produce innovate design solutions.
  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer and marketing team to ensure deadlines are met.
