THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

• Previous work experience/intern either in-house or agency
• 1+ years’ experience as a graphic designer
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your passion for designing clean, elegant and beautiful designs
• Experience and working knowledge of Adobe package: Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong attention to detail with an interest in design trends and a creative eye
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support the marketing team, designing and executing creative solutions for our Doctors Health Fund Division.
This is a permanent, full time role based in our Darling Park, Sydney CBD office.
The role involves working within a small marketing team to design, develop and produce creative assets for print and digital marketing channels, as well as creating and maintaining brochures, branded material, product collateral and merchandise for events. Continuously providing new and innovative design ideas to enhance our brand in the market, whilst staying true to brand guidelines.

KEY ACTIVITIES IN THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

• Develop corporate and marketing materials for member acquisition, conversion and retention campaigns
• Develop design and layout for print and digital publications, and website
• Assist with managing supplier relationships with our external partners for the production of creative materials
• Act as the advocate for the brand across the organisation
