Responsibilities: - Manage bookings and help with guest communications; - Perform routine apartment inspections to ensure high cleanliness and maintenance standards; - Coordinate with internal teams to address any property issues, ensuring apartments are guest-ready; - Help with administrative tasks related to property and booking management. Requisitos : Requirements: - Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field; - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently; - Friendly, positive attitude, and team-oriented; - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills; - Experience in operations, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage
