Currently we are looking for a French- and Italian-speaking specialist who will join our HR Administration department.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role would be an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken French (at least C1) – the level of language will be verified
- Knowledge of German and/or Italian would be an asset
- Working knowledge of English (at least B1)
- Strong Customer Service Mindset
- Systematic and efficient time management, used to work to a deadline
- Team player attitude
- Ability to handle tasks and assignments independently
- Fast learning and effective communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Responsibilities:
- HR administration for our client in Switzerland (Swiss capital group)
- Job offers verification and posting on internal and external platforms
- Registration/entering of new hires in the system (SuccessFactors)
- Entering and maintaining of employee data (SuccessFactors/SAP) – changes in employment conditions, absences, time management, personal data changes, terminations etc.
- Close collaboration with HR Recruitment/Administration Teams in Switzerland
