Are you looking to continue to grow your career in HR? We have an opportunity for a Junior HR Advisor to join our team on a full time permanent basis in Wellington, we would also consider Auckland for the right candidate. You will gain experience across various HR disciplines within an organisation that is focused on supporting pēpī, whānau and communities across Aotearoa.
Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
Working within our HR Shared Services team you will be the first point of call for our Plunket leaders and kaimahi looking to access specialist HR advice. This might include guidance on HR policies, process or systems, drafting employment documentation or supporting recruitment processes. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring all our kaimahi can quickly and easily locate up-to-date HR & payroll information via our intranet.
This is a role you can really make your own, our small HR team are committed to your development, ensuring you can grow and deepen your HR skillset in all aspects of the employee life cycle.

Your prior experience in HR, payroll or recruitment combined with your exceptional communication skills and continuous improvement mindset will ensure you add value and innovate our ways of working.
