JUNIOR HR/BUSINESS ANALYST

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in human resources, Business Analytics, or a related field is beneficial.
- 2 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and compelling presentations.
- Exceptional communication and people skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll, and employee records.
- Accurately and diligently maintain HR reporting dashboards and metrics to track key performance indicators.
- Assist in the analysis of work performance for identifying and addressing poor performers, including support for performance counseling processes.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to perform data manipulation, create complex formulas, and develop detailed reports.
- Update and distribute achieved incentives to employees with utmost accuracy and diligence.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Support the HR team in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging HR analytics trends.
