JUNIOR HR/BUSINESS ANALYST

We are seeking a highly competent Junior HR/Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing HR data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma in human resources, Business Analytics, or a related field is beneficial.
  • 2 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and compelling presentations.
  • Exceptional communication and people skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll, and employee records.
  • Accurately and diligently maintain HR reporting dashboards and metrics to track key performance indicators.
  • Assist in the analysis of work performance for identifying and addressing poor performers, including support for performance counseling processes.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to perform data manipulation, create complex formulas, and develop detailed reports.
  • Update and distribute achieved incentives to employees with utmost accuracy and diligence.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Support the HR team in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging HR analytics trends.
