Description:
As part of Leonardo, Kopter currently develops the AW09, a next generation single-engine helicopter that offers the largest cabin and cargo hold in its category, increased modularity and modern electronic systems. The AW09 delivers latest safety standards as well as more performance and comfort at low operating costs.
Kopter is set to become Leonardo’s Centre of Excellence for new light helicopters and an incubator of new technologies, contributing to the development of hybrid and electrical propulsion systems. Kopter’s 320 talented team members are primarily based in Switzerland, near Zurich and in Mollis (Canton of Glarus).
Your responsibilities
Act as a single point of contact for all employees and managers
Lead payroll activities by providing and updating relevant data to the payroll provider in a timely manner
Responsible for day to day HR administration duties including management of employee files and maintain all employee data
Responsible for the entire personnel administration throughout the employee lifecycle such as recruiting, employment contracts, work permits, social security, time management, etc.
Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules and regulations. This includes interfacing with the external legal attorney
Operate on-boarding & termination processes (de-/register at social security, pension fund, taxes, health insurance, etc.)
Maintain time management and monitor absences
Maintain, update and align all Company Policies and Regulations and ensure distribution and information to employees
Work closely with the local management and introduce relevant HR measures to support the overall aim of the organization
Plan the training and development strategy and coordinate trainings
Coordinate the key HR processes like Performance Management, Salary Review, Bonus, Career Management, Talent Management, etc.
Your qualification & experience
Further HR education (e.g. Diplom Personalassistentin) or Commercial apprenticeship (KV)
More than 3 years of experience as HR Assistant/Generalist in a similar position in Germany
Competent in Workday or similar HR System and asset
Good knowledge in German Labour Law and Social Security
Strong organizational and time management and customer service skills
Ability to cooperate with Kopter Managers, the HR organisation and Employees
English & German at C1 level (spoken and written)
