Do you want to develop your career, skills and HR experience supporting change management related activities in a world leading organisation?
University of the Arts London (UAL) is looking for a Junior HR professional to provide essential administrative and operational assistance to a high profile organisational change programme.
Working closely with the People Team, Senior HR Consultant and HR Business Partners, you will facilitate the smooth execution of change initiatives by coordinating communication efforts, including meetings and large volumes of written correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed and engaged throughout the transition process.
You will also provide support with monitoring and evaluating the impact of change initiatives, gathering feedback, and suggesting improvements.

Along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be capable of building and maintaining positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills are also essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively.
