We are looking for young HR to join our team. Job title - Junior HR Executive (Male candidate) Location - Dubai. Description - End to end Recruitment for Retail business Support Team for all HR activity Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves Assist Senior HR in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
Requirements
Requirement - 1-2years of experience in HR or Admin work - Willing to travel on & off - Immediate Joiner -Candidate must have strong communication skills -Candidate must be able to quickly resolve people’s problems Immediate joiner required please send cv on hrd@minisouae.com
