Description:

REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1- 2 years of related working experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills / easily connects with people
  • Knowledge in payroll software, those with knowledge in using of Info HRIS would be an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of labor regulations and statutory guidelines
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work with minimum supervisionMeticulous, resourceful with a positive work attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full payroll functions of selected companies
  • Provide support in leave administration, employee benefits administration, medical claims, work pass applications, WICA, etc.
  • Support the consolidation of HR reports / analysis for the Group and generate statistical reports as and when required
  • Supervise and ensure proper maintenance and control of employees’ data
  • Provide end to end recruitment support for all levels of staff, including job advertisement positing, screening and interview scheduling
  • On-boarding preparation and orientation
  • Managing employee relations, such as grievance handling, disciplinary issues and attending to feedbacks or complaints
  • Managing employee exit in a sensitive manner during exit clearance and interviews in preparation for off-boardingAssist in ad-hoc HR Project and any other assigned duties
