Job Description:
As a Junior HR Operations Admin, your mission is to support the HR department in day to day activities and implement internal communication strategies about HR administrative activities, fostering awareness of company initiatives.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
- At least 1 year of experience in HR Department or Marketing/ Communication
- Bachelor’s degree graduate (Communication, Sociology, Psychology) or relevant experience
- Skilled storyteller, creative person, who dares to disrupt
- Proactiveness in working with other team members
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Great ability to prioritize tasks from different stakeholders
- Team work attitude
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English & Romanian

Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks for preboarding, onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance with local legislation and internal procedures
- Create and maintain job descriptions
- Support HR Services projects
- Maintain HR document accuracy
- Plan and implement internal communications according to identified needs
- Draft key messages and presentations for senior management representatives
- Manage internal communication channels, including Viva Engage, Microsoft Teams posts, newsletters and social media
- Participate in internal communication projects, offering team support and coordinating internal events
- Propose process development ideas and collaborate with business and functional leaders.
