  • Experience in working with data bases, document sharing tools, etc.

  • Flexibility with schedule to support assignees and work with mobility teams in different time zones.
  • Ability to work overtime and handle increased workload during peak season.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Global Mobility Consultant to prepare and coordinate all aspects of international employee relocations.
  • Assist in the creation, modification, and finalization of cost estimates and related documentation for employee moves.
  • Draft formal correspondence related to the relocation process, including assignment letters, local contracts, and additional country-specific documentation.
  • Ensure the timely return of all signed documents, such as assignment letters and contractual agreements, from both the employee and the organization.
  • Facilitate the relocation and repatriation process by liaising with the relocating employee and external service providers, including healthcare organizations.
  • Contribute to the onboarding of new employees by interfacing with the Employee Central system and providing necessary support.
  • Manage relocation-related tasks, including the disbursement of allowances, reimbursement of expenses, payroll coordination, social security contributions, vacation tracking, and tax payments, to ensure a positive experience for the employee.
  • Support the Exit Interview process by utilizing the Employee Central system and ensuring the collection of valuable feedback.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding procedural matters, such as form completion and other routine queries.
  • Maintain and update records within the Global Mobility Tool (GMT) to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting.
