    We are looking for a Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join our Cybersecurity Engineering Professional Services team.
    The IAM Consultant will be pivotal in managing, analysing, designing, and implementing processes and technologies for automated and intelligent access across multiple consulting clients’ employees, third parties, and infrastructure. This role demands an understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, with expertise extending to Access Management (AM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

The candidate will have the following duties/responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting comprehensive assessments of multiple clients’ existing IAM frameworks and processes;
  • Support the design and implementation of IAM strategies, processes, and frameworks across multiple clients, fulfilling each client’s unique cybersecurity requirements and integrations with existing systems and applications;
  • Monitor IAM processes and technology to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness;
  • Provide support to multiple clients on IAM best practices;
  • Assist in the delivery of IAM training and awareness programmes for multiple clients;
  • Contribute to the development of internal IAM methodologies, frameworks, and products;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.

The candidate should have:

  • Attendance of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Expertise in IAM or similar;
  • Knowledge of industry compliance, regulations, standards, and frameworks related to cybersecurity and IAM, such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar.
  • Expertise in directory services such as Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP.
  • Expertise in on-premises and cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP), their implementations, and related IAM services.
  • Expertise in authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Knowledge in coding languages such as Java, .NET or Python, for IAM automation and integration tasks.
  • Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sense of ethics, integrity, and responsibility.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Associate), CISM or similar are highly valued;
  • Knowledge of IAM services and tools such as One Identity, Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint, or similar are highly valued;
  • Participation in cybersecurity and IAM-related communities, forums, or professional networks.
