For our People Advisory Compliance Center we are currently looking for a Junior Immigration Consultant for our office in Diegem.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be an intrinsic part of the client team and will be in the forefront of communication with clients, expats, authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Together with the client team, you will advise our clients on the best available immigration route and the impact thereof on their business.
  • Together with our offshore team, you will be responsible to prepare and follow up on a number of client files (work permit, single permit, visa, residence permit, etc.)
  • You will learn to make the proper assessment, prepare your files and follow up on these files with the competent authorities. In doing so, you will guide the client and their expat population through the Belgian immigration process.
  • You will assist in knowledge management and co-author local and global communication in regards to legislative changes and other updates. You will also be expected to proactively follow up on relevant legislative changes.
