aEUR- 1-2 years of accounting/ audit/ tax experience is a plus
aEUR- Good understanding of accounting principles

As a Junior Implementation Consultant at BDO you will develop the appropriate skills and knowledge for performing the following activities:
aEUR- Work closely with your team in order to define the best approaches and strategies regarding clients and internal processes
aEUR- Assist clients with SAF-T and RO e-factura projects
aEUR- Optimize internal accounting processes for clients
aEUR- Support clients in ERP software implementation
aEUR- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
aEUR- Participate in digital transformation initiatives and any other process improvement projects.
