We are more than ready to become the world’s best logistics eProcurement platform, making it as easy as buying a pizza with your phone. In order to strengthen our Implementation Team for an even greater outreach, we are looking for a Junior Implementation Specialist for big Enterprise sales!

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Junior / Entry-level
  • Understanding of the Logistics industry and Logistics procurement
  • SQL knowledge, preferably work experience with PostgreSQL
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Knowledge in working with XML/XSLT template maintenance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Experience in working with ticketing tools, incident management and CRM systems
  • Being tech-savvy with good technological acumen
  • Enthusiasm for agile, dynamic, and fast-growing business environments

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous work experience in the Logistics/LogTech industry
  • Previous work experience in the SaaS industry
  • Work experience with any BI reporting or data modelling tool is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer requirements and provide technical solutions within our IT system landscape
  • Configure our logistics procurement software based on customer specific requirement
  • Create and analyse existing SQL queries for performance improvements
  • Liaise with Project Managers during a customer implementation cycle and provide necessary support to the implementation team
  • Report bug and follow-up on fixes with product development team
  • Stay engaged with product teams to understand roadmap and implications for customers
  • Focus on the big picture and contribute meaningful feedback and suggestion to other teams, for example Development and Product Management
  • Continuous optimization of processes, e.g., through automation, documentation, and standards
  • Supporting the development of the core product of SHIPSTA through understanding of customer requirements to create the greatest possible added value for all customers.
