Description:

To ensure that the unit comply to all laws, regulations, policies etc. and drive continuous improvements in the field of controlling.
Responsible for the financial processes for the Factory, for example monthly closing and budget process. Contributes to the implementation of the sector’s controlling development.
Will be back-up to the Industrial Controller and meaning is to learn and work in parallel to have an efficient controller team. This also mean that the Industrial Controller will be as a mentor for the Junior Factory Controller to develop and learn all aspects of the role as a Factory Controller.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly support the Industrial Controller and ensuring a high quality on financials.
  • Responsible for that appropriate procedure and controls exists, in accordance with internal standards as well as external standards, and that they are well documented and tested.
  • Responsible for periodical financial and management reporting for Factory in cooperation with the Industrial Controller
  • Support the organisation with required analysis and propose and actively be a part of the corrective actions.
  • Participate in the development of EPS Waste & Loss Deployment pillar and follow-up F-matrix savings.
  • Take a big part of the annual budget/forecast processes for the Factory,
  • Do the monthly and yearly closing process.
  • Responsible for balance sheet management to include monthly/quarterly routine review of accounts.
  • Ensure that the Fixed Asset Management is aligned with Internal standards as well as regulatory standards.
  • Administrate investment – create new and follow up on regular basis.
  • Secure accurate standard costs
  • Perform special projects and complete various tasks as assigned.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Be a professional colleague and team player, conducting business ethically, responsibly and in accordance to Electrolux Professional guidelines
  • Execute daily/weekly/monthly reporting timely and accurate.
  • Ensure that financial planning forecasting are timely and accurate.
  • Keep high quality of both Result & Balance sheet.
  • Control over Asset management
  • Bottom line performance in the factory.
  • Delivering on KPI´s agreed
  • Drive the budget process
  • Follow up so Factory keep within budgeted frames
  • Keep deadlines for special projects and various tasks.
  • Be active and collaborative member of the local finance community.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement / implementation projects of the company’s ERP, being the Key User for Industrial Controlling

All of these responsibilities are in cooperation with the Industrial Controller.

  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • University degree in Business Economics/MBA or equivalent
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish & English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of JDE or equivalent system
  • Experience from working in an industrial environment
  • Business oriented approach
  • Excellent analytical skills with a problem solving attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Structured approach to work task
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
