They support Defence and Government projects and are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to diagnose hardware or software issues, provide effective assistance, and maintain strong customer relationships.
They are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who wants to learn and progress into a fully-fledged Infrastructure Engineer!

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Passionate and excited about a career in IT.
• Experience with Service Management tools such as HP SM, Jira Service Desk.
• Networking (Cisco, Juniper, HP, Dell).
• Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V).
• System Automation (Ansible, Python, PowerShell).
• System Administration (Microsoft, Linux).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
• Ability to think critically.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use in-depth knowledge of business software and hardware systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and high-level interpersonal skills to solve problems for customers.
• Installing and configuring computer systems.
• Responding to IT support requests.
• Diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
• Offering solutions and advice.
• Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
• Tracking and managing work records.
• Compiling and contributing to IT Knowledge Bases.
