Description:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Infrastructure & Enterprise Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate is a foundational team member with a grasp of technical, IT, infrastructure, and systems engineering principles. This role will involve supporting complex projects, engaging in discussions on innovative topics, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.

REQUIREMENTS
- 0-2 years of experience in Infrastructure Support
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in operating systems and system testing tools
- Experience with Microsoft Tools, AWS and Azure
- Skills in programming languages such as PowerShell or Python
- Understanding of basic programming control flow and ability to write simple functions
- Familiarity with infrastructure services and the integration process
- Knowledge of how to debug infrastructure and familiarity with automating IaaS infrastructure
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the implementation and deployment of engineering designs into production
- Assist in building and supporting projects/products in a production environment on public/hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Configure, operate, and automate cloud IaaS infrastructure with minimal assistance using platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Learn and apply standard software application development and testing to meet design requirements
- Write code to automate troubleshooting steps
- Collect and analyze information to understand problems and pinpoint their origin
- Implement steps and escalate troubleshooting as necessary to ensure effective resolution
- Develop a working knowledge of company infrastructure and user requirements
- Perform routine systems administration tasks following established policies and procedures
- Report on current work status and collaboratively solve problems with team members
- Continuously seek to build new technical expertise in specific engineering areas
