YOUR PROFILE AS OUR JUNIOR INSIGHT CONSULTANT

We are looking for someone who is newly graduated with a degree within business, economics, statistics, engineering and/or market research or have practical experience working with consulting, consumer insights/analytics. But, above all you have a burning interest in consumer behaviour, brands, and marketing. To succeed in this role, you need to have a genuine business and an analytical mindset and be a good communicator both in writing and orally. You are structured, meticulous and love keeping track of things and taking responsibility for driving projects and tasks forward. You have a genuine interest in solving our clients’ challenges together with the client team and you are not afraid to work hard to achieve goals. You will be expected to define and solve problems that you haven’t encountered before and resolve challenges in a client context on a daily basis.

As our junior insight consultant, you will have broad role where you will work with coordinating project resources, have close client relationships, and ensure high quality deliveries. You will apply and develop your analytical skills by analyzing & visualizing data and creating concrete recommendations to our clients. Together with dedicated colleagues, you will be responsible for managing client deliveries including creating surveys, analysing data, finding consumer insights and making recommendations to our clients. You will juggle several projects at the same time together with colleagues from other parts of Nepa with different areas of expertise within consumer science.
