Job Description: Our company is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect (female)to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture and design, strong technical skills, and the ability to assist with both creative and administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Independently create full design concepts for projects based on Principal’s design vision
• General research and all sourcing
• Prepare for client presentations by creating mood boards, floorplans, drawings and elevations.
• Follow up with vendors on lead times and quotes
• Organize and manage samples library
• Research new products and materials
• Type up and organize meeting notes, project status, deliverables, etc. in Basecamp
• Maintain organized client binders
• Read architectural plans and produce scaled sketches, drawings and room layouts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3-5 years of experience in architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Photoshop.
• Strong creative and technical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• interior design: 4 years (Required)
• administrative tasks: 3 years (Required)

• Assist in the development and execution of architectural design concepts.
• Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and specifications using AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Photoshop.
• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project success.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation aligns with project plans.
• Support general administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
