1. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
2. TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and security principles.
- Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms and their management.
3. SOFT SKILLS:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
4. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous internship or work experience in an IT support or security-related role.
- Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems.
- Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
