• Physical ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites and customer deliveries.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will require the successful candidate to:

• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
• Conduct hardware and software builds as per project requirements.
• Manage and maintain inventory of IT assets, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Participate in IT installation projects at customer sites, which may include installing hardware, software, and networking components.
• Provide support in troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Document project activities and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
