Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll provide end-user and systems support while delivering exceptional customer service. Your success is measured by client satisfaction, system reliability, and your technical growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolve client technical issues and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Create clear and useful documentation for internal and client use.
  • Design scalable, automated systems to reduce help desk requests.
