You will:

  • Review HR policy and other documents to learn about relevant processes
  • Help building out a knowledge base and a more efficient governance process related to these documents
  • Participate in testing emerging GenAI chatbot capabilities by reviewing machine generated answers and comparing them to standard ones
  • Assess incoming queries from employees that would help enriching and standardizing the available documents

QUALIFICATIONS

You have:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience supporting governance processes or content management
  • A data driven mindset when it comes to text data, and enthusiasm towards emerging natural language processing techniques
  • Problem solving attitude with solid sense of accountability
  • Confident communicating skills (strong written and verbal English) and collaboration skills
  • Aptitude for learning new systems and technologies
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

You may have:

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience with testing virtual agents supporting customer service
