Architecture49 is seeking a Landscape Technician to join our Winnipeg office.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or diploma in architectural and building technology from an accredited technical college.
- 2+ years’ working as an Architectural Technologist for an Architectural consulting firm.
- REVIT software experience is necessary.
- Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows; AutoCAD software; Microsoft 365 environment and Bluebeam.
Responsibilities:
- Internal and external collaboration with Landscape Architects, Architects, and Engineers.
- Producing technical design and contract documents in compliance with Owner’s Statement of Requirements, in collaboration with project teams.
- Design and technical modelling using REVIT software.
- Setup of projects in BIM environment.
- Working with senior team members during the production of design and contract documents.
- Coordinating with project sub-consultants.
- Assisting with contract administration.
