QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or diploma in architectural and building technology from an accredited technical college.
• 2+ years’ working as an Architectural Technologist for an Architectural consulting firm.
• REVIT software experience is necessary.
• Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows; AutoCAD software; Microsoft 365 environment and Bluebeam.

• Internal and external collaboration with Landscape Architects, Architects, and Engineers.
• Producing technical design and contract documents in compliance with Owner’s Statement of Requirements, in collaboration with project teams.
• Design and technical modelling using REVIT software.
• Setup of projects in BIM environment.
• Working with senior team members during the production of design and contract documents.
• Coordinating with project sub-consultants.
• Assisting with contract administration.
