Westcorp is seeking a Leasing Specialist who will implement and maintain an innovative leasing strategy for a successful lease-up in our brand-new, leading-edge residential property located in Kelowna, BC. The successful candidate will provide superb customer service to new and existing residents.
Ledge on Lakeshore, when complete, will comprise 1,000 rental residences supported by an amenity offering previously unseen in the marketplace. The first 200 units, all 2 and 3-bedroom townhome units, are currently under construction, with the first occupancy expected in early 2023. The 2nd phase of the project will deliver the parkade, three residential towers, over 60,000 sq ft of indoor amenity space, and over 3 acres of outdoor amenity space. This property is located in the Lower Mission area of Kelowna and will be completed in three phases over the next four to five years. The compensation for this role is $55,000-$60,000 per year.
