Tailor&Fox – your HR Business Partner - for a Multinational that operates in the photovoltaic sector -, to strengthen its internal structure, has asked us to search for the following professional profile:

• Drafting of deeds and contracts related to the development of projects (leases, mortgage assignments, easement, etc.),
• Management and follow-up of authorization and administrative files,
• Support for VDA and legal due diligence,
• Support in Privacy compliance and model 231,
• Support on the corporate (organization of meeting minutes of assemblies and invitations),
• Review and preparation of standard contracts (EPC and O&M intercompany),
• Coordination with notaries, law firms, clients, third parties and other team members,
• Support to the legal team in conducting legal research and regulatory monitoring,
• Research in urban planning law, property law and environmental law
• Reporting updating department databases and platforms,
• Participation in legal relations and implementation of guidelines and processes,
• Centralization of legal documentation
