STRENGTHS & REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You finished a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Law or any other related field
  • You have 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, e.g. as a trainee lawyer, commercial lawyer, legal counsel, etc.
  • You have an all-rounder mentality: you feel at home in various areas of law and enjoy advising different specialist departments
  • You have a dedicated personality with integrity, a high level of commitment and a sense of responsibility
  • You are eager to learn
  • You have an accurate, independent and structured way of working
  • Your profile is rounded off by very good written and spoken German and English skills

    The minimum salary for this position starts at EUR 50.000 gross per year on a full time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Junior Legal Counsel (m/f/d) you give legal advice in various areas (e.g. distribution law, e-commerce law, data protection law, labour law)
  • You are repsonsible for the preparation and support of court and administrative proceedings (e.g. product, foreign employment law/visa law)
  • You drafting and review various types of contracts (e.g. supply contracts, project contracts) and other legal documents
  • You are responsible for contract negotiations with customers and suppliers
  • You review and analyse legal issues, including the preparation of legal opinions for management
  • You support with adherence to legal regulations and compliance issues
  • You are responsible for the management of insurance policies
  • You liaise with external law firms and other legal advisor
  • You research current legal developments and implement these within the company
  • You organise and manage the filing system for legal documents and relevant records
