We are now hiring for our Logistics- team on a temopary basis (maternaty leave) for 15 months, 40h/week.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate from a commercial and/or technical school (HTL, HAK, apprenticeship in logistics, …)
  • 1-3 years experience in a regulate industry, preferably within the Logistics/Warehouse area
  • Effective communication abilities and capacity to work in a fast changing environment
  • High self-organizing abilities, social competence, combined with business orientated behaviour
  • Independent work style and good knowledge on customs procedures
  • Good MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) and experience with an ERP-System (preferably MS-Dynamics AX)
  • Very good proficiency in English and German (spoken and written)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that materials and equipment required for Valneva’s projects are received, issued and stored in full compliance with relevant GMP guidelines and procedures
  • Liaise with internal customers on material and shipment requests and organize shipments from/to external storage locations
  • Execute the receipt, handling and storage of materials, equipment, IMPs and other material required according to current regulations and procedures
  • Execute material receipt/transfer/movement booking within the ERP-System
  • Organize, monitor and report transport activities for materials and equipment at Valneva Vienna Site
  • Monitor transport temperature data, reports incidents, issues and track Purchase Orders for transport services
  • Raise and follow-up on deviations, perform regular stock checks and work actively on harmonization of processes
  • Report gaps in cGMP compliance in processes, SCM-owned SOPs and form sheets
  • Perform equipment qualifications and calibration activities for SCM owned equipment
  • Propose changes to increase efficiency of processes or utilization of space
