The Purpose:

This role is a critical support to the International Supply Chain leadership team. Reporting into the to Business Center Director, this role will set up and lead various continuous improvement initiatives.

These activities will connect to below main areas:

  • Logistics Excellence Program: Proactively drive and support the excellence program agenda (LCP) improvement projects – lead different initiatives, routines and share best practices across the team.
  • Learning & Development: coordinate SKAP, support the continuous development of our people, drive and coordinate internal trainings agendas and statistics, to boost the growth of all our people.
  • Communication & Engagement – support on Communications for Townhalls, Team Events, Workshops, Recognition program and other Routines to connect the various actions to our strategy.

What will you be doing:

  • Drive the logistics excellence program initiatives (LCP), support in trainings, brings awareness to the whole organization and is an ambassador of the excellence program.
  • Supports and coordinate the implementation and extension of SKAP through the International Supply Chain organization.
  • Supports the learning & development agenda of our people.
  • Drive, coordinate and support engagement initiatives for the different teams Globally in International Supply Chain.
  • Assist in demonstrating commitment towards continuous improvement and willingness to challenge existing practices
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments, leading practices and trends in logistics, excellence programs, technology, learning etc,
  • Risk Management / Audit compliance target management, including creation of sustainability model and action plans for open issues
  • Drive the standardization across various processes, customer groups and market segments of to comply to the most efficient way of working.

What you’ll bring:

  • University Degree – Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance
  • 2-3 years’ experience in managing projects and a team (indirectly or directly)
  • Proven experience of process improvement and benchmarking
  • Experience in stakeholder management with commercial function and customers
  • Experience in working in an ERP environment
  • You have an analytical mindset that makes it easy for you to work with sizeable data sets
  • You are an excellent communicator, capable of clearly describing complex problems and recommend solutions to senior management
  • You are fluent (Oral and Written) in English
