HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE AND GROW?

Following the expansion plans and development of the new technologies, we are looking for a candidate for the logistics department. The mission of the logistics dpt. is to organize and execute the transport and logistics (T&L) activities and related administrative tasks in order to assure the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction sites in compliance with the law, and international and company standards.
You will be part of the project logistics team responsible for organizing of delivery of industrial machinery to many countries across the world. Your first assignment will be to support the project logistics team in administration tasks and daily operations. You will have an opportunity to develop your knowledge and gain unique experience in the area of international trade and logistics.

Your main tasks will be to:

• collect and analyze the commodity specification related to transport aspects;
• prepare the documents for transports
• contact shippers, and transport companies with shipping instructions
• coordinate transport operations
• monitor the budgets and invoice check
• assist the logistics team in their daily activities.
• contribute to company’s improvement programs,
• processing data for reporting
