QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with a focus on exporting goods from the EU to non-EU countries preferred.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and logistics management platforms.
• You’re a university-level thinker, no matter what you studied.
• You’re fluent in English

• Coordinate the export of goods from the EU to other (non-EU) countries, ensuring compliance with regulations and timelines.
• Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners, providing updates on shipment status and resolving any logistical challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including export licenses, shipping invoices, and customs declarations.
• Monitor shipment progress and address any issues or delays that may arise to keep the process running smoothly.
• Collaborate with various departments, including production and warehouse teams, to optimize logistics processes and minimize costs.
• Stay informed about changes in international trade regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
