We are seeking a versatile Financial Analyst / Management Accountant to join our Financial Shared Service Centre. This dual role encompasses robust management accounting duties and dynamic financial analysis to support Valor’s ownership groups and leadership team.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, data management, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in financial systems such as SUN, SQL, and other database management tools.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively across teams.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement best practices in management accounting and reporting within the portfolio.
• Act as a proactive team player, supporting colleagues and leading change effectively.
• Recommend and implement new ways to improve efficiency by streamlining business processes.
• Stay up-to-date with current legislation and best practices through ongoing training and industry seminars.
• Ensure compliance with company and hotel regulations, internal audit standards, and data protection laws.
