We are looking for a creative Junior Manager (f/m/d) Content, People & Communications to join our headquarters in Berlin. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our People and Corporate Communications teams, creating compelling content to enhance both internal and external communication while ensuring clarity and transparency in our messaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the People and Corporate Communications teams, ensuring information is communicated to employees in a transparent, timely and targeted manner
  • Create content that represents BMG and employees internally and externally, conducting research and interviews as needed
  • Develop and publish external and internal communications materials (e.g., social media posts, internal news stories, photos, audio, and audiovisual content) on all relevant communications channels (e.g., intranet, LinkedIn, social media, external fairs)
  • Support the development of internal presentations when needed
  • Help develop new content formats and strategies to provide employees with important information
  • Analyze the visibility and impact of messages, creating ongoing reports for our Board
