POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, and coordinating campaigns through direct interactions with institutional customers. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging directly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic and results-driven attitude, with a passion for marketing and brand building.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Prior experience in a marketing or customer-facing role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Possess a learning mindset : A willingness to adapt, learn, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of apps, technological tools, and AI technologies such as GPTs.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, start-up-like environment with a hands-on approach.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Awareness : Engage directly with customers to create and strengthen brand awareness through face-to-face interactions and other creative channels.
- Campaign Execution : Drive and oversee marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
- AI & Technology Integration : Utilize AI tools, apps, and technological platforms, including GPT-based solutions, to support and optimize lead generation activities.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Creative Input : Contribute ideas and insights to enhance marketing strategies and campaign performance.
