Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role where your insights and organizational skills will drive our sales and marketing strategy forward? As a Junior Marketing Manager, you’ll support the Sales & Marketing Manager by providing key metrics and analytics from platforms like Google and Meta, offering valuable insights into buyer behavior. You’ll play a crucial role in implementing new processes, procedures, and technology, ensuring our team stays ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Post-Secondary Education – Marketing Degree (B.Comm, B.Admin, or similar)
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years marketing experience including:
- Digital marketing (social media, Google Ads/Analytics, Wordpress, Hubspot, Geo-fencing).
- Product launches/events.
- Project management (concepts, brief, strategy, management, execution).
- A philosophy of strong customer service (B2C, B2B, internal) is an asset.
- Home building industry experience is considered an asset but not required.
- Proficiency in copywriting (adopting the tone of the company and learning how to replicate writing within established parameters for appropriate mediums).
SKILLS
- Proficient conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to negotiate with clients, contractors and vendors
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to adjust communication style to various personality types.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Sharepoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Wordpress, HubSpot, Asana, Canva, and any Adobe tools (Premier, InDesign) are considered an asset.
ABILITIES
