Job Title: Junior Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing
Location: Manchester
The Junior Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and driving our marketing efforts across our various services lines. Reporting into the Marketing Director a key focus of the role will be internal and external communications so significant experience and expertise in this area is a must have.
The successful candidate will actively manage and internal and external communication throughout the North of the business as well as support other parts of our property marketing service offering. The ideal person will display confidence, commercial awareness, showcase creativity, have an eye for detail and display excellent written and communication skills. This role would particularly suit someone with up to 3 years’ or more in house professional services or agency experience. They will build relationships with key stakeholders and become a strong ambassador for our brand both internally and externally. An understanding, or previous experience, of the property market would be a distinct advantage.
This is a full-time position based in our Manchester office with some travel to and interaction with other offices across the United Kingdom.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of up to two years of experience within a Marketing role
  • PR & Comms marketing experience
  • Extensive knowledge and use of email marketing platforms
  • Extensive knowledge of digital & social media marketing
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, tenacious and self-motivated
  • InDesign skills are advantageous
  • Website CMS Management

Responsibilities:

  • Working in a tight knit friendly and busy team delivering creative and inspiring collateral for our business units
  • Driving internal and external marketing campaigns
  • PR & Creative writing
  • Digital & Social Media marketing campaigns
  • Evaluating digital marketing campaigns for their effectiveness and ROI
  • General overall marketing skills
  • Supporting the LSH marketing team and our service lines across the business
  • Content publishing including drafting content for our website, internal channels and clients
