MARKETING MANAGER
Reporting to: Marketing Lead
The Marketing Manager role is a vital component of Wavemaker’s marketing team, which sits at the beating heart of the agency and is fundamental to our growth as a business.
We’re going through a period of rapid and exciting transformation and growth and this role is a key player in helping us shape and share our ‘positive provocation’ story with our clients, our prospects, our people and the industry at large.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Conceive and deliver engaging video content for pitches, award entries and our social channels that bring the agency’s culture, products and specialisms to life.
- Lead on the production of key agency events and pitch theatre where required.
- Manage the execution of all of Wavemaker’s digital marketing output, from coordinating virtual events to creating content series on social and managing email communications to clients.
- Own the agency social channels and website, successfully growing followers and engagement through curating content series, thought-leadership and showcasing our latest and greatest work.
- Build relationships with key media partners and support them in effectively engaging and educating Wavemaker’s employee base by curating internal events, competitions and managing our quarterly ‘Provocation Weeks.’
- Line manage and support the development of our Marketing Executive
- Oversee the Marketing Executive in managing our employee engagement and event management tools and compiling our monthly report and weekly statuses.
- Lead our day to day internal comms activity including curating our weekly newsletter, managing our monthly huddles and supporting with the delivery of our quarterly company meetings.
- Lead on the ongoing optimization of our website to drive engagement with thought leadership and case studies from prospects, clients and prospective staff.
- Stay on top of the latest trends and news impacting the media and marketing industries.
